Polly Fox Academy will be closed on Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 for Thanksgiving Break. School will be dismissed at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, November 23.

Parent Teacher Conferences
Polly Fox Academy will hold parent teacher conferences on Tuesday, November 22 from 4:00 pm through 7:00 pm and Wednesday, November 23 from 9:00 am through 12:00 pm.

Ohio Graduation Tests
Polly Fox Academy students will take the Ohio Graduation Tests October 24 through October 28.

Title I Parent Meeting
Polly Fox Academy will hold a parent meeting for information on Title I services. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 5:30pm in the PFA cafeteria. It is open to parents of all PFA students. For more information, please call (419) 720-4500.

The Polly Fox Academy Board Meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, December 21, 2011 but has been changed to Wednesday, December 14, 2011. It will be held in the Board meeting room at 1505 Jefferson Avenue at 2:30 p.m.

PFA Weather-Related Delays and Cancellations
Polly Fox Academy follows the TPS decision regarding weather-related delays or closings. If TPS is delayed or closed for the day for weather issues, so is PFA. Please watch your local news channel for information.

Christmas Break
Polly Fox Academy's Christmas break is Wednesday, December 21 through Tuesday, January 3. Students and staff return to school on Wednesday, January 4, 2012.

January Schedule
The last day of the second quarter at Polly Fox Academy is Thursday, January 19. The third quarter begins on Monday, January 23. There is no school on Monday, January 16 in honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. On Friday, January 20, students do not report to school- it is a teacher workday.
